What’s the difference between the Evolve 30 and the Ascend 4?
- The Ascend 4 is larger and features bench seats on the side walls, but no heaters on the front wall.
Where can I place my Evolve 30 3-Person infrared sauna?
- Outdoor placement is possible if completely protected from the weather. Colder climates will affect the warm-up time, for more detailed information see our FAQ page.
- The Saunas can be placed on carpet, tiles, timber or concrete flooring.
- The surface the sauna is placed on ideally needs to be perfectly level, however if slightly out, levelling will be required.
- For the assembly process there needs to be adequate space around the sauna before it’s pushed into place.
- Clearance required is 3-5cm for the sides and top of the sauna.
What’s the maximum temperature and warm up time?
- Sun Stream Saunas heat up to 65°C, but unlike traditional saunas, far infrared saunas work by heating your body directly—not just the air. This radiant heat penetrates deeply to trigger a powerful detoxifying sweat at lower, more comfortable temperatures. Our saunas deliver faster, more effective results thanks to high-powered carbon heaters, full 360° heat coverage, and no fabric barriers over the panels.
- A pre-heat time of only 15 minutes is all that is required to bring the heaters up to their full operating temperature prior to commencing your sauna session.
