How does it clean?

• The Solace Ice Bath features an advanced maintenance system that keeps your water crystal clear with a combination of a 20-micron filter, UV light, and ozone technology. This powerful trio ensures superior water hygiene with minimal effort, so your ice bath is always ready to use.

What are the maintenance requirements?

Maintaining clean water and filters depends on how frequently you use your Solace™ Ice Bath. To keep things fresh, a quick rinse after each sauna session or workout can go a long way—helping you enjoy a more hygienic soak and stretch out the time between cleans.

• Home use: For best performance, we suggest cleaning or replacing the reusable filter every 3 to 4 weeks. Depending on how often you use your Solace™ Ice Bath—and your personal preference—refreshing the water every 2 to 3 months will help maintain optimal hygiene and ensure a consistently clean experience.
• Commercial use: To maintain a high standard of hygiene for your clients, we recommend cleaning or replacing the reusable filter every 1 to 2 weeks. For optimal cleanliness and performance in busy environments, consider refreshing the water every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on usage levels.

How long does it take to get to the set temperature?

• Depending on what is your set temperature the Home Edition chiller will cool down at approximately 2-3 degrees per hour until reaching your temperature. The Home Pro Edition Cools from ambient temperatures to a chilling 3°C in as little as 2 hours, even in tropical climates. A 2HP energy efficient system with 2.2x the cooling capacity of the Home model.

What is the warranty?

• Your Solace™ Ice Bath is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty. Should any issues arise, you’re covered with 24 months of protection on all parts. We also provide complimentary labour for the first 12 months from the date of purchase—because your experience should be as smooth and stress-free as your recovery.

How do I install?

• We provide easy to follow directions for the setup and installation of your new Solace Ice Bath and no technical expertise is necessary.

Where can I place my Solace Ice bath & Chiller?

• The tub can be placed inside or outdoors due to it’s UV protection and weather resistant finishes. Place your chiller up to 5 meters away from your tub. This extended range gives you endless installation options, keeping the chiller hidden while delivering peak performance. Please note the chiller needs to be protected from the elements to keep the warranty in place.
